The following are the terms of use of the services provided by Acquired
Knowledge Systems Inc. to all of its customers. These
terms cover, but are not limited to, web hosting services, e-mail
accounts, and all hosted websites including business sites, resellers
sites and personal sites.

By using any of the services we offer,
you, the customer, agree to be bound by all of the terms of this
document.
If
for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our service, we will
refund the unused portion of your service.
Setup fees are not refundable. Service for under one month will
not be refunded. If you were given a discounted rate for multi-month
or annual service, you will be charged at the nearest regular
rate for the portion you used.
We do not allow "spamming" or "mail-bombing".
Spamming is the sending of unsolicited mass e-mailings. Mail-bombing
is the sending of a massive volume of e-mail to one user for destructive
purposes. Any customer violating this clause may be subject to
a penalty of up to $500 and immediate termination of their account.
Your are prohibiting from sending e-mail that is harassing, libelous,
defamatory, threatening, fraudulent or abusive.
You may not send e-mail with forged header information.
We do not host pornographic sites, racist or "hate-speech"
sites, or sites that are fraudulent, libelous or violate U.S.
Laws.
It is your responsibility to assure that the content of your site
does not violate US or international copyright or trademark laws.
If we are providing you with an Internet Access Account, then
you will have unrestricted access to the Internet 24 hours per
day, 7 days a week. You may access you account from any computer,
however, you may not access you account from more than one computer
at a time.
You are responsible for any toll or long distance charges that
may occur if you dial into our service outside of the specified
local calling areas.
You
are not allowed to violate or circumvent site security or access
restricted or hidden files, programs or scripts on our servers,
hosts or customer websites that you do not have permission to
access.
You agree to hold us harmless for any loss or damages you may
incur due to interruption of service or loss of performance.
Acquired Knowledge Systems Inc. shall not be held liable, either
directly or indirectly, to complaints against its customers for
content of their site.
We reserve the right to immediately remove sites or terminate
accounts that violate the terms of this agreement. There are no
refunds on accounts terminated due to violations of this agreement.
In addition, those who violate this agreement may be held liable
for damages to Acquired Knowledge Systems services or systems,
including legal fees, due to their violation of this agreement.
