Step 1: Open up the Preferences Dialog Box in Netscape
Inside Netscape click on the "edit" menu
bar and choose "Preferences" as shown below.
The
Preferences dialog box will open as shown below. Expand
the "Mail & Newsgroups" Category by clicking
on the + sign as shown.
